An application is not a booking
Submitting the form is a request to discuss a guest appearance. It does not guarantee selection, a recording date, publication, editorial treatment, audience reach, promotion, files, turnaround time or any business or investment outcome.
No production fee for an approved appearance
The current guest application does not charge an application or production fee. Scope, timing, recording settings, review rights, publication destinations and deliverables must be confirmed in writing before recording.
Separate guest release
The application checkbox authorizes use of the submitted information to assess and respond to the request. It is not the final recording or publication release. An accepted guest must agree to a separate written release covering recording, editing, publication, permitted reuse, disclosures and any supplied materials.
Paid distribution is not offered here
This page does not sell paid distribution, investment promotion or securities promotion. Any future sponsored distribution would require a separate written media plan, clear public disclosure and applicable legal review before it could be offered or run.
Guest responsibilities
Applicants and guests are responsible for the accuracy and authorization of the information, claims, decks and other materials they provide. They must disclose material risks and relationships and obtain any corporate, exchange, legal or regulatory approval required for their participation.
